Listening to Your Inner Voice
That voice you keep pushing aside at work, in your relationship, or in a decision you can't make; this workshop helps you hear it clearly.

10.00 AM to 12.00 PM
Topic
When we feel stuck, it's often because different parts of us are speaking at once.
This workshop is for you if you are sitting with a decision you can't seem to make, a relationship that feels unclear, a career path that no longer fits, or simply a quiet feeling you keep pushing aside but can't shake. Together, you will be guided to slow down, tune inward, and distinguish fear, habit, and outside pressure from the inner voice beneath it all, so you can move forward with more clarity.
Wear comfortable clothing. A notebook will be provided.
What you'll leave with
Have a clearer way to distinguish your inner voice from fear, habit, and other people’s expectations
Learn a simple Head–Heart–Gut practice to quiet the noise and listen inward
Build a felt sense of what it’s like to trust your own knowing
Leave with a grounded starting point for a decision, transition, or stuck place that has been weighing on you
