Who Are You... Really?
There is who you are on the inside and how you show up in the world. This workshop helps you show up more as yourself.

Most of us have learned to introduce ourselves by what we do, where we live, and who we belong to. However, somewhere underneath the job title, the neighborhood, and the roles we play, there is a more complete version of who we are, the one that includes our inner world, our values, our peak moments, the qualities we admire in others, and the things that make us feel most alive.
This workshop creates space to explore all of it. Using the four-quadrant model of the self, you will map their inner and outer worlds, examine the gap between how you present to the world and how you actually are, and begin to build a fuller, more honest picture of yourself. Through guided work, you will move from the surface version of who you are toward something that feels more true and complete.
By the end of the workshop, you will have written a short personal statement (not a bio, not a resume line) but a living description of who you are at your core, the qualities you carry, what energizes you, and what you are here to express.
Wear comfortable clothing. A journal will be provided.
What you'll leave with
A map of your inner and outer worlds and where most of your energy has actually been going
A clearer, more honest picture of who you are beyond the titles and roles you've been hiding behind
Your own personal statement that captures what you value, what you're good at, and what makes you feel alive
