Most of us were never taught the difference between what happens to us and the struggle we create around it: the resistance, replaying, and trying to control what cannot be controlled.

This workshop is built around a timeless teaching: that while we cannot always control what happens to us, much of our struggles comes from our relationship to what happens. We struggle when we resist what is, grasp for things to be different, or fear losing what we have.

Through guided reflection, guided exercises, meditation, and journaling, you will examine where resistance is in your own lives, what it is costing you, and what becomes possible as you begin to let go. This is not about giving up, approving of what is wrong, or resigning ourselves to whatever happens. Surrender is about releasing the struggle with what we cannot control, so we can respond with greater clarity to what we can.

Wear comfortable clothing. A journal and pencil will be provided.

What you'll leave with

Clarity on where resistance is showing up in your life and what it is costing you

A clearer sense of what is yours to change, what is yours to accept, and what is yours to release

Greater freedom, peace, and potential when you stop fighting what you cannot control
